Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, banks, tenants, contractors, municipalities, etc.

  2. Perform account receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking.

  3. Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis.

  4. Manage data entry and oversee bank reconciliation process.

  5. Gather data for the preparation of monthly reports to track company financials.

  6. Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.

  7. Maintain strict confidentiality of financial books and records.

  8. Complete ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients.

  2. Knowledge of US Taxation is preferred.

  3. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  4. Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices.

  5. Familiarity with Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel.

  6. Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.

  7. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.

  8. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.

  9. Proactive attitude.

  10. Able to work flexible hours.
