About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Renewal Specialist to oversee the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure seamless onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on licensing details and owned assets within each account
  • Demonstrate expertise in complex software quoting and revenue models, including ARR, ACV, and TCV
  • Work closely with professional services, technical support, and sales teams to drive renewals and expansions
  • IDentify at-risk accounts and develop targeted strategies for retention
  • Maintain direct relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate proactive renewal planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field
  • Knowledge of privilege access management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
