Mortgage Broker Assistant
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker Assistant to support our loan processing and credit assessment functions. If you have experience in the Australian mortgage space and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is a remote full-time position that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will work closely with lenders, clients, and third parties to manage end-to-end loan processing, from application to settlement.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end loan processing: application to settlement
- Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties
- Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility
- Prepare loan documentation, serviceability calculations, and lender comparisons
- Use CRM systems effectively
- Stay up-to-date with lender policies and industry updates
- At least 2 years of experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker
- A solid understanding of both loan processing and credit analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
- Familiarity with major and non-major lenders in Australia
- Remote / Work-from-home setup
- Monday to Friday, Australian business hours
