Australian Mortgage Specialist

As a Mortgage Loan Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the mortgage journey of our clients with accuracy and impact. You will be responsible for navigating Australian mortgage processes, building expertise, and growing into the next level of your profession.
Key Responsibilities- Manage pre-credit loan processing tasks including retention pricing, valuations, data entry, and post-settlement support to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Prepare loan applications accurately and efficiently, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing (pre- or post-settlement) is required.
- Familiarity with pricing and valuation processes is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Mercury, FLEX, SalesTrekker, or Symmetry is highly valued.
- A Bachelor's or College Degree in any field is required.
