Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Coordinator. This individual will play a vital role in supporting mortgage brokers by handling the end-to-end loan processing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist brokers with loan application preparation and submission
  • Collect, verify, and manage required documentation from clients
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing
  • Track loan applications through to settlement, providing updates to all stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
  • Stay up to date with lender policies, products, and industry changes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant (senior level preferred), with at least 5 years of experience in the field
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, lender requirements, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, loan submission platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
