Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Loan Processor to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end loan processing, from verifying applications to ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Your daily tasks will include utilizing CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records. You will also review, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels, coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data, and perform audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

In addition, you will generate and send digital communications to clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation, extract and interpret data from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for internal use, maintain secure records of client interactions and processed transactions, and identify areas of improvement in digital loan processing workflows and suggest enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline or AOL, Simpology, and loan origination platforms
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
