Job Title: Client Services ManagerOverview

The role of a Client Services Manager involves leading a team of virtual assistants, ensuring their performance aligns with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and problem-solving for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet targets set by clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Work closely with clients to grow their businesses using Global Medical services.
  • Manage Medical Client-VA relationships effectively.
  • Mitigate concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, and facilitate high-level escalations and negotiations.
Requirements:
  • PREFERRED Degree in medical or healthcare-related field.
  • AT LEAST 3 YEARS Experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management (operational processes).
  • Highly proficient English language skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure, work with high-level professionals, and be self-motivated and organized.
  • TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and Google Suite is required.
  • Open to working night shifts.
