About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Supervisor to join our team at MFG Manille Inc.' in Batangas City, Batangas. As a fulltime Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of store staff to ensure efficient store operations
  • Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed to meet customer demand
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to boost revenue and profitability
  • Enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Providing training and development opportunities for store employees
  • Collaborating with the regional management team to identify and implement continuous improvements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar retail management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in data analysis and financial management to drive sales and profitability
  • Thorough understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
