Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level or higher).
  • Minimum 1 year of professional customer service experience or equivalent role.
  • Experience supporting customers via multiple channels.
  • Strong passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and pattern recognition abilities.
  • Driven by results and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Office 360.
  • Experience with helpdesk software, including Zendesk and Freshdesk.
  • High typing speed with accuracy while interacting with customers.
  • Interest in e-commerce and experience working with e-commerce clients.
