HR Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Helpware. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general assistance and support to various HR teams, ensuring that department policies and procedures are adhered to. Additionally, they will assist in conducting company-wide Compensation & Benefits orientations, prepare required documentation, and coordinate with external parties as necessary.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist in data collection, analysis, and report generation for all compensation-related reports. Prepare final worksheets on major compensation activities for payout instructions.
- Payroll Processing: Act as the main point of contact for payroll processing, ensure payroll records are updated, and provide summary of employee data reports.
- Employee Support: Provide assistance to employees on compensation and benefits-related queries, resolve disputes and complaints related to payroll.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular and ad hoc reports based on accurate employment data, maintain accurate team member data in the employee database.
