HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Empower. As a key member of the HR department, this role will support the employee lifecycle, leaves administration, data management, and general reporting for the Philippines location.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and leaves administration. Experience with Workday and Service-Now is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Process and audit employee lifecycle changes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding of separating employees.
- Manage leaves administration, including coordination with employees, managers, and payroll.
- Document and review existing HR operations processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including functional expertise.
- Experience in background check processing and Service Now tickets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
