
Team Performance Manager

As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your colleagues by overseeing their performance, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring individual goals are met. This includes coordinating tasks, fostering teamwork to achieve shared objectives, and conducting regular touch base meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to track progress and identify development opportunities.
You will ensure deadlines are met, monitor project progress, and implement strategies to address challenges, while collaborating with other departments to align team efforts with the organization's overall goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Oversee the work of team members, provide guidance, support and feedback, and ensure that all team members meet their performance goals.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members and ensure that everyone works together to achieve the team's objectives.
- Conduct touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identify opportunities and progress of each team member.
- Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
- Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
