Job Overview:

Cosultants in this role are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. They will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases as necessary.
  4. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills, utilizing available resources to enhance customer experience.
  5. Escalate issues outside of service boundaries to team leaders as required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Customer Service or related field highly preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months full-time call handling or email handling experience.
