Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in SM Manila. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the restaurant staff, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and resources to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest loyalty and retention.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
