Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at RHD Daiso-Saizen, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities**1. Customer Service**
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service and support.
**2. Team Leadership**
- Lead and support a sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
**3. Inventory Management**
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is properly secured and accounted for at all times.
**4. Loss Prevention and Control**
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize store losses and pilferages.
**5. Reporting and Compliance**
- Prepare and submit required reports on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 3-5 years of related work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
