Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our healthcare clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch customer support utilizing industry-leading EMR systems.
  • Utilize expertise in client accounts to navigate the EMR system effectively, ensuring seamless interactions and high-quality results.
  • Handle client accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances, and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account updates in the company database.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of industry-leading EMR software.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve client issues and concerns.
