Job Title:Healthcare Support Professional

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in managing patient records, performing various administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our medical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record systems, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Perform a range of clerical duties including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Provide administrative assistance to healthcare professionals, including documentation and data entry.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.
  • Support office management tasks as needed, including inventory control and supply ordering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field; high school diploma or equivalent acceptable with relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and healthcare management software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with billing and coding in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
