LRC Deployment and Growth Specialist

This role drives growth and deployment of LRC and EcoStruxure Building Activate offers in East Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Architect: Provide technical support to partners and consultants, validate and standardize EBA architecture, and enable SE teams to implement LRC and EBA.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage pipeline using bFO, provide visibility to SE teams, and ensure sufficient pipeline to meet business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Oversee financial performance, track and analyze business metrics, and adjust as needed.
  • Strategic Planning: Adopt global strategy, localize for East Asia, and implement business strategy to achieve growth ambitions.
  • Portfolio Management: Support country Offer Marketing teams in 4P actions and initiatives.
  • Commercial Management: Manage end-to-end commercial process with country sales team and engage with target accounts.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of LRC and EBA solutions, including their features and benefits.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
