Key Job Responsibilities

LRC and Small and Medium Buildings Leads play a critical role in advancing sustainability ambitions by empowering businesses to become more resilient, electric, and digital.

The successful candidate will manage the deployment and growth of LRC and EcoStruxure Building Activate offers in East Asia, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective strategy execution.

This involves providing technical support to partners and consultants for LRC, validating and standardizing EBA architecture to simplify deployment and drive cost-effective design.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing and tracking pipeline using business-facing operating systems and providing visibility to cross-business division teams to ensure sufficient pipeline to meet business objectives.

Overseeing financial performance, tracking and analyzing business metrics to adjust strategies as needed is also a key aspect of this role.

The candidate will work closely with country Offer Marketing teams to develop 4P actions and initiatives, manage end-to-end commercial processes with country sales teams, and engage with target accounts to influence the adoption of LRC and EBA.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degrees in engineering or higher.
  • Knowledge of handling Building Management Systems and IoT-enabled technology.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams of Sales, Solution Architect, Tender & Execution, and Services to win projects.
  • Ability to influence, listen effectively, and solicit input from others. Ability to develop and manage customer relationships at the senior leadership level.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, resource management, and handling multiple demands.
  • Sound knowledge of performance management and coaching techniques.
