Role Summary

We are seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team in a remote work setup.

About the Position

This role involves building brand presence and driving engagement through impactful campaigns and events that strengthen relationships, attract new opportunities, and showcase meaningful work.

  • You will support the planning and coordination of the annual events calendar, including virtual and in-person industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics remotely, registrations, suppliers, communications, and digital platforms.
  • Drive post-event activities such as lead follow-up, feedback collection, and reporting to measure success.

In addition, you will assist in digital campaigns, content creation, and scheduling across various tools. You will also develop and send engaging email campaigns, keep the website fresh with updated news, events, and project content, and manage marketing assets, brand collateral, photography, video, and case studies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You have confidence using digital tools such as Canva, HubSpot, and Asana (or similar).
  • Experience in a marketing, events, or coordination role is essential.
  • A strong educational background in Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with others is necessary.
