Event Experience Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Event Experience Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and evaluating large-scale events and complex projects.

This is a senior-level role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing event governance playbooks, managing logistics, and overseeing client experiences from conception to post-event review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Governance: Develop and implement comprehensive event governance playbooks to standardize event processes and ensure consistent quality.
  • Logistics & Project Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution. Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise event promotions, build and maintain industry contacts, vendors, and venues database, and mentor junior team members on best practices in event coordination and experiential marketing.
  • Troubleshooting & Post-Event Analysis: Troubleshoot any issues that arise on event day and gather event data to compile comprehensive post-event summaries and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in events and activations, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale events and complex projects from conception to completion. A track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
