
Administrative Virtual Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.
Your primary role will involve managing client communications through email and other non-voice channels. You will also perform administrative tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management.
Additionally, you will be responsible for marketing and social media management, ensuring that our online presence is strong and engaging.
You must comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in performing day-to-day tasks. It is also essential to stay up-to-date with changes in these procedures and guidelines.
In this role, you will effectively represent our company's core values to anyone within or outside of the organization. You will also provide data and information to the leadership team as required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client communications through email and other non-voice channels
- Performing administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management
- Marketing and social media management
- Complying with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in performing day-to-day tasks
- Staying updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines
- Representing company core values
- Providing data and information to the leadership team
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates
- Willing to undergo background checking
- Fluent in written English
- Quiet home office work environment
- Willing to work on the graveyard shift
- Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
- Dependable electricity with power backup available
- At least 8th-gen i3 processor, 8GB RAM, and Windows or Mac with SSD storage
