As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our cash application and allocation processes.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in payment applications and reconcile accounts with ease.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of cash applications and allocations
  • Reconciling payment discrepancies on a daily basis and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution
  • Investigating unidentified receipts and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Reviewing and verifying credit/debit memos, unauthorized deductions, and adjustments on customer accounts
  • Performing clearing and posting of transactions as needed
  • Preparing and posting manual journal entries
  • Conducting monthly Cash GL account reconciliations
  • Participating in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
  • Monitoring and managing prepayments on customer accounts
  • Driving continuous process improvements within the cash application function
  • Maintaining confidential records for audit compliance
  • Responding to inquiries related to account reconciliations and payment applications
  • Supporting internal and external audits

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in cash application and allocation/revenue chain
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse, and collaborative environment
