Accounting Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled accounting specialist to join our team. As an accounting specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date billing systems
  • Generate and send out invoices
  • Follow up on payments and allocate them accordingly
  • Perform account reconciliations and monitor customer accounts for irregularities
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Review ar aging to ensure compliance
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
  • Process credit card payments and prepare bank deposits
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
