Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our organization focuses on optimizing perioperative care for surgical and procedure-based facilities across the country. Our primary objective is to enhance every aspect of anesthesia care delivery, seamlessly integrating each stage of the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We source and screen healthcare providers for client sites, adhering to established policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for clients and healthcare providers to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Maintain all necessary credentials of healthcare providers working for us.
  • Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and healthcare providers.
Requirements:
  • Prior recruiting experience is preferred; transferable skills are considered.
  • Highly organized with leadership abilities to improve interdepartmental organization and communication.
  • Capable of handling urgent matters and meeting deadlines.
Additional Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and databases.
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing and regulations (preferred).

This role requires a college degree and the ability to work US Eastern Time Business Hours.
