The Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions. They have a deep understanding of the industry and job requirements they recruit for, and utilize specialized sourcing techniques to effectively match qualified candidates to the defined unique needs of client organizations.

• Location Specifics: Mandaluyong, PH
• Specific Needs: Proven experience in talent sourcing for PH and AU; background in recruiting/sourcing for healthcare industry preferred
• Language Requirement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for candidate engagement
• Position Setup: 2x a month onsite
• Shift Schedule: Will follow AU business hours (Monday to Friday)

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with the organization's goals.
• Review and post attractive job adverts on specialized job boards; review and process applications on all platforms in a timely manner.
• Use various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking) to identify and engage candidates with niche skills.
• Implement traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies (mobile/email campaigns, cold outreach, recruitment marketing) to cultivate talent communities and maintain a steady pipeline.
• Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting to the hiring team.
• Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and advise on sourcing strategies.
• Promote the employer brand to attract candidates and highlight opportunities for career growth.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups.
• Identify areas for process improvement within talent sourcing and suggest innovative enhancements for recruitment efficiency.

Education:

• High School diploma required; bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is preferred.

Experience:

• 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.
• Deep understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in a particular industry (or industries/markets) is required.

Exposure & Skills:

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques (e.g., X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, aggregators).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring teams.
• Strong research and market analysis skills; ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines for niche recruitment.
• Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively and implement innovative solutions.
• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends and best practices.
• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
