About the Position

We are looking for a sales expert to drive business growth by connecting with prospective clients and guiding them through our registration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make daily outbound calls to warm leads, engage in consultative conversations to understand their needs, persuade and assist leads to complete their registration, accurately document call outcomes and maintain lead data.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback to improve conversion strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B or service-based sales, proven ability to meet sales quotas, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes, resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented, familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
