
Insurance Documentation Coordinator

As a Commercial Insurance Processor for Property and Casualty Insurance, you will be responsible for processing and managing insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and cancellations. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process new insurance policy applications, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate.
- Handle endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Review policy applications for compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized client files and policy records.
- Ensure all policy documentation is properly scanned, filed, and stored.
- Generate and distribute policy documents to clients and relevant parties.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to policy status, coverage details, and billing.
- Provide support to the customer service team by supplying necessary policy information.
- Communicate with clients, agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Previous experience in commercial property and casualty insurance processing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with insurance software such as Applied Epic, AMS 360, EZ Lynx, and CRM systems.
