As an Admin and Insurance Policy Associate, you will support day-to-day office operations while ensuring that all insurance-related documentation meets quality, accuracy, and compliance standards. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to high-quality work. Key Responsibilities:Insurance Policy Documentation:Review insurance policy documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Identify and address discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation. Ensure clarity and grammatical accuracy of all written content. Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation guidelines.
Maintain a high level of precision and quality in all document reviews. Proactively address issues by flagging deviations and coordinating timely resolutions. Administrative Support:Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations. Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy access and retrieval. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with internal teams to support daily workflows and activities. Contribute to event planning and other team-based initiatives. Perform general clerical duties and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Efficiently use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus. What are we looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Prior administrative or office support experience is an advantage. Experience in document review or quality assurance, especially in insurance, is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Google Workspace is beneficial.
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and attention to detail. Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude. Understanding of insurance policy language or regulations is an asset but not required.
