Job description:
Qualifications
- Must be a college graduate in any business course
- With 2 to 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant/Document Controller.
- Proficient in MS Office Software.
- Can work collaboratively with trade engineers, architects, and fellow document controllers
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Willing to be assigned to Metro Manila
Duties and Responsibilities
- Document Management: Organize, maintain, and control all construction-related documents, ensuring proper filing, tracking, and version control.
- Coordination and Communication: Serve as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and clients for document submissions, approvals, and updates.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and secure physical and digital filing systems for all project records, ensuring easy access and compliance.
- Document Distribution: Ensure timely distribution and submission of documents to stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and internal teams.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to project managers and teams, including scheduling, meeting minutes, and report preparation.
