About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable customer service expert to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work collaboratively with our customer experience team to respond to customer queries through various channels.

Your primary responsibilities will include accurately documenting each interaction while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range.

You will uphold the highest levels of integrity, service, and professionalism with every correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, webchat, and phone
  • Accurately document each interaction in our system
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Work collaboratively with our customer experience team

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and approach
  • Professional and personable demeanor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience communicating with customers over email, webchat, and phone
  • Knowledge of Gorgias & Shopify platforms is an advantage
