Job Title: Dedicated Client Support Professional
Job Summary:We seek a seasoned support expert to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to clients, resolving issues and enhancing their experience with proprietary software.
Main Responsibilities:
Deliver top-notch customer service via chat, email, and phone, addressing client concerns and maximizing their experience with our proprietary software.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing timely and effective support for our software, collaborating with internal teams when necessary.
Train and assist internal users as needed, troubleshooting, documenting, and escalating system or process issues.
Create and maintain helpful resources, FAQs, and knowledge bases, contributing to the reduction of support tickets.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, contribute to internal and external knowledge bases.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years of relevant support experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, proficiency in both Microsoft and Google applications.
Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
Preferred Skills:
Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar CRM/support tools.
Project management software (Asana, Basecamp, Teamwork, etc.).
Experience using AI and grammar-check tools to improve written communication.
