Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia.

You will be responsible for building the brand's presence and generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales. You'll work directly with the founder to shape the strategy and drive results that bring this vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Create a structured funnel and lead qualification system.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • A strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • The ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • An excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • A creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
Benefits

This is a Full-time position, requiring 40 hours/week of work. It is a Remote position, with PH working hours preferred. The engagement type is Independent Contractor.
