Marketing Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the marketing journey for a new luxury wellness retreat. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the brand's presence, generating qualified leads and driving sales of off-plan villas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, preferably with experience in off-plan villa sales, resorts or luxury properties. They will also have excellent English communication and copywriting skills, as well as a creative eye for branding and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website, including showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels and websites.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
