About the role

Westfair Marketing, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Luxury Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team in Tambo Paranaque City Metro Manila. As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for our premium product offerings. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting retail environment with a focus on luxury goods.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide personalized and attentive customer service to ensure a premier shopping experience
  2. Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products
  3. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our luxury product range and their features
  4. Assist with inventory management, product replenishment, and visual merchandising
  5. Collaborate with the wider retail team to achieve store and individual sales targets
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and brand standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a luxury retail or customer-facing sales role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to explain features and benefits effectively
  4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation
  5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
  6. A professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
