We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Marketing Manager to spearhead the launch of a luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia.

  • This is a rare opportunity to own the entire marketing journey, from building the brand's presence to generating qualified leads for villa sales.

About the Role

You will work directly with our founder to shape the strategy, create systems, and drive results that bring this vision to life. This full-time position requires 40 hours/week and offers flexible working arrangements.

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. A strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  2. 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  3. Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  4. Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for this luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generating qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns.
  • Building and growing a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Creating a monthly content calendar and transforming raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Setting up and running paid campaigns specifically targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Supporting the launch of a new website, including showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Preparing weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
