Lead Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Lead Marketing Strategist to spearhead the launch of a luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to build the marketing foundation from scratch and drive sales of off-plan villas. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with the founder to shape the overall strategy, create systems, and measure results that will bring this vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to generate qualified leads from international markets.
  • Design and implement online marketing campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Manage content creation and optimization for Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Create a lead qualification system to filter for serious investors.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Proven ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
