Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive real business results.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, coordinate across internal and external teams, and support lead generation, content, and brand-building efforts.
  • Design and optimize marketing systems that scale, using analytics and performance reporting to inform decisions.
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral, social content, email copy, and creative briefs that align with company objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Apollo.
  • Strong content and copywriting skills with attention to voice, tone, and accuracy.
  • Hands-on experience with webinars, landing pages, and basic CRM management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A background or strong interest in architecture/design or legal/Hispanic marketing.
  • Experience in event marketing or trade show planning.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and how to optimize messaging for organic reach.
