Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Process and Systems Improvement Officer.


Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work closely with business process owners and key functional heads to drive continuous improvement of our core processes. They will conceptualize frameworks for new business processes, conduct training programs, and monitor implementation and compliance.

This individual must possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent oral/written communication skills are also required.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any business-related course
  • At least 5 years of experience in methods or systems analysis in a service-oriented company
  • Training experience and proficiency in MS Office applications
