Job Title: Business Development Representative, Hybrid North America
This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, qualifying inbound prospects, and converting them into meetings with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Vet and qualify inbound leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Maintain a high level of activity to meet or exceed quarterly and monthly lead quotas.
- Conduct thorough research on enterprise accounts to personalize outreach and identify key decision-makers.
- Navigate conversations to uncover business needs and position our products as a compelling solution.
- Update the CRM system with accurate activity logs and detailed notes on next steps and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and technical skills to effectively engage with prospects.
- Able to handle objections and concerns in real-time.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to balance inbound and outbound activities.
- Familiarity with qualification frameworks, such as BANT or MEDDPICC.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, adhering to North American hours (Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm ET).
- 1-2 years of prior lead generation experience in the cyber-security industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of proven field experience.
