Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a leadership role where you will oversee the talent attraction functions and team for North America.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sourcing plan to meet client requirements, managing vendor relationships, and supervising a team of marketing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion initiatives to know upcoming associate hiring needs and maintain advanced awareness of applicant flow needs.
  • Create a comprehensive sourcing plan to optimize budget and maximize applicant flow.
  • Use data results to evaluate effectiveness and marketing programs, maximizing return on investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including job boards, internet media, and staffing agencies.
  • Partner with procurement teams for accuracy and timeliness in departmental marketing budgets and accounting practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote team and work onsite at least once a month.
  • Previously demonstrated proactiveness, problem-solving, and data-based critical thinking.
