Sales Development Representatives play a vital role in qualifying warm inbound leads and setting the stage for successful sales outcomes. They serve as the primary point of contact for businesses exploring our solutions, engaging and qualifying leads through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads from multiple channels
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, fit, and readiness to purchase, ensuring seamless handovers to Account Executives
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of inbound leads through consistent follow-ups until they're sales-ready
  • Partner with Marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness
  • Develop strong knowledge of target industries, customer pain points, and competitive trends to guide prospects effectively
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure smooth lead transitions and contribute to team initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience selling across multiple channels and using varied sales processes
  • A previous background in business-to-business sales engaging with SMBs, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Strong track record in qualifying leads and building a healthy sales pipeline
  • Hands-on experience with sales CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Sales experience in new business development, preferably within SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with international markets is a plus but not required
