
E-commerce Support Associate

We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce customer service and order fulfillment operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our e-commerce platform
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and returns in a timely manner
- Provide customers with updates on order status and shipment tracking
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and order information
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
- A strong understanding of order management systems and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with inventory management software
- Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
