The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate fraud
  • Promote sales
  • Provide one-call, chat and email resolution
  • Follow up with customers
  • Interaction with third party teams
  • 100% usage of the program tools
  • Basic troubleshooting
Skills Required
  • Good comprehension of written and spoken English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of online risk and frauds
  • Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies

  • Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture

  • Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, payment risk investigations is a add on
  • Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries
  • Should be committed and have a positive attitude towards work
  • Should be familiar with Google applications such as Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
Qualifications
  • College graduate of any course, Undergraduate but completed at least 2 years in college
  • Senior High School graduate
  • With or without experience
