Supervising Technical Education Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Supervising Technical Education Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, writing, and validating work standards and procedures.

The successful candidate will also develop programs, projects, and services to enhance office operations and establish quality management systems. Additionally, they will recommend policies for approval and establish networks with TVET stakeholders and partners.

The selected individual will have strong research and development skills, with the ability to undertake research activities related to the office's goals. They will also assist in conducting technical inspections and compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, write, and validate work standards and procedures;
  • Develop programs, projects, and services to enhance office operations;
  • Establish and implement quality management systems;
  • Recommend policies for approval;
  • Establish networks with TVET stakeholders and partners;
  • Undertake research and development activities;
  • Assist in conducting technical inspections and compliance audits;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job;
  • 3 years of relevant experience;
  • 16 hours of relevant training;
  • Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility;
