
HR and Admin Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin professional to join our organization as a Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting management with day-to-day administrative activities and HR operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies.
- Compose administrative and HR correspondence, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
- Resolve administrative problems and follow up on regional office logistics.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the telecom sector, and possess excellent computer skills (MS Office package).
Additionally, the candidate should be self-motivated, ready to travel to different parts of the country, and have hardworking, smart, and honest qualities.
Key Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office package, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
