Job Summary:

The Admin/HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative and human resources functions of the organization. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The role also ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, supporting the company's strategic objectives and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration processes.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in coordination with Finance.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in accordance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance through a structured appraisal system.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Administration Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies management, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and government requirements.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets for admin and HR operations.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and staff engagement activities.
  • Supervise administrative staff, ensuring work efficiency and quality service delivery.
  • Manage contracts, permits, licenses, and company documentation.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR and admin reports for management review.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external agencies, government offices, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • At least 5–7 years of HR and administration experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative operations.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
