Job Title - HR Leader

At this top tech firm, we are seeking a skilled HR leader to provide strategic human resources support across multiple facets of the department, including Culture Management, Onboarding, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance business results while maintaining a positive employee-centric culture.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to build work relationships, morale, and productivity.
  • Create and implement employee engagement and culture-centric initiatives to make us a best place to work.
  • Partner with international HR staff to align HR processes across global offices with our mission, vision, and core values.
  • Participate in corporate interviews to assess cultural fit.
  • Assist in drafting Offer Letters and Employment Agreements, coordinating onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide support and guidance to management in sensitive situations, including disciplinary action, staff reductions, and involuntary terminations.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to develop programs meeting key business objectives and goals.
  • Prepare reports and oversee regulatory reporting, including EEO-1 Reports and Department of Labor Reports.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Partner with payroll team to ensure compliance of payroll and tax reporting processes.
  • Manage group benefit plans and administer 401k and help administer plans as a backup.
  • Point of contact for investigations resolving employee complaints and teammate grievances.
  • Demonstrate ability to act professionally, confidentially, and with integrity.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills, providing outstanding people-care and customer service.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required, experience with ADP preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required, US HR experience strongly preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Claims processing, and COBRA.
