Job Title: HR Support Specialist

This position requires an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for the HR department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.


Responsibilities include:

  • Processing and tracking documentation related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims
  • Maintaining and updating HRIS and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assisting with coordinating onboarding and offboarding, including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews
  • Responding to employee inquiries and monitoring the HR inbox
  • Tracking training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation
  • Solidifying employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts
  • Generating HR reports and assisting with audits and data integrity
  • Coordinating performance management processes and reviews, generating completion reports, and supporting managers and employees throughout the cycle
  • Supporting payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department
  • Assisting Compliance and HR leadership with tracking attestations, reporting requirements, and data privacy adherence
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR/Admin supporting US-based companies
  • Hands-on experience with FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, leave administration, and unemployment-related processes
  • A solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws and general HR practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BambooHR, and ATS/HRIS platforms
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A high level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail when handling confidential information
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • Amenable to work graveyard hours/night shift
  • Must reside within NCR or neighboring region for contingency
  • Willing to work in Makati (if needed)
  • Can start ASAP

Work Arrangement:

This position is offered in an Onsite with Remote Flexibility work basis. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements. Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary is expected.

  • High Speed Internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload. You will be required to provide a speed test.
