Role Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth. This individual will possess a strong background in sales management, strategy development, and team leadership in the marketing and iGaming sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and customer acquisition targets
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing ongoing training and performance feedback
  • Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with potential clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management, highlighting successes and challenges
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the market
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in marketing and iGaming
  • Demonstrated success in leading a sales team to achieve high performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
